Wisent Software ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Wisent mobile and web applications ("App" or "Service"). Our Service employs AI-driven technologies from various providers, including but not limited to OpenAI LLC (ChatGPT), Anthropic PBC (Claude), Google LLC (Gemini), and other AI services and tools. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you agree that Wisent Software is not liable for the content or consequences of any automated responses.

User inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI processors, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic PBC, Google LLC, and other AI service providers. We may use additional AI models and services at our discretion, particularly during beta programs, without prior notice to users. Prompts and AI responses may be stored and logged for up to five (5) years for product improvement, debugging, and model evaluation. AI-generated responses are produced algorithmically without human review and may not be accurate, factual, or appropriate for all contexts. Users should not rely on these responses for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions. By using these features, you consent to automated decision-making within the scope of the Service.

Wisent Software disclaims any liability for damages, data loss, or issues arising from beta participation, AI responses, or system instability. Use is at your sole risk, and no warranty—express or implied—is provided during the beta period.
